Return and Exchange Policy
At our store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Products can be returned within 7–14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and invoice included. Exchanges are allowed in cases of incorrect size or defective items and must be requested within the return period, subject to product availability. Please note that used or damaged products, items without original packaging, and discounted or sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product and will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was damaged or delivered incorrectly, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For any assistance with returns or exchanges, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
